Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
“Each person has within himself the resources required to accomplish his objective” (NLP Presupposition)
What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach dedicated to the study of human behaviour within the dimensions of communication, learning and change.
NLP focuses on results (what works?) and then on processes to obtain these results (how could this have worked?).
In this sense, it does not so much seek to know what is true or false, what is good or bad from a moral point of view, but rather what works and what does not work. This approach brings a person back to the place of observer to escape limited and restrictive frameworks (“ideological frameworks”) and allow a new more open vision based on a set of tools stemming from keen observation and attention. This creates an individual that is more open, autonomous and able to flourish.
NLP’s aim is thus the personal development of individuals. It seeks to provide practical tools to better communicate, learn and change based on clear theoretical approaches with tangible results that have proven effective.
NLP coaching can be defined as a guidance process geared towards action and solutions that leverages the NLP tool chest to help the client achieve a specific goal, ecologically and within an optimal timeframe.
The flexibility and versatility of NLP tools allow the customer to meet issues from a multitude of contexts. Indeed, whether challenges are personal or professional, a certified NLP coach will provide optimal individualized guidance.
He can intervene on behaviours, capabilities, beliefs and identity components to help you achieve your goal.
A certified NLP coach supports you in achieving your goals by favouring an approach that is practical, rigorous and flexible.
